We're Back
7/13/20
Hello all! I'm very happy to report that Central Coast Massage & Bodywork is back. The Santa Barbara public health department has given the go ahead to allow personal services to resume, which includes massage. The order went into effect on the 26th of June and will be reassessed on the 26th of July. At that point the order will be either suspended or extended for another period of time.
New Location
Many changes have taken place since mid March and the biggest one of all is the change in location. Here is our new information:
1909-A State Street
Santa Barbara CA 93101
Santa Barbara CA 93101
This new location includes 2 assigned parking spots located in the lot behind the building labeled with the address and suite. There is also ample 90 minute street side parking.
Unfortunately the main reason I couldn't get started right on the 26th of June was because the office wasn't ready but we are now and looking forward to seeing you again.
New Procedures
Because of the the transmissible nature of the CORONAVIRUS there are very specific guidelines which must be followed for each session.

Closed until Further Notice
This morning I received a message from the California Massage Therapy Council (the governing body for massage businesses and therapists for California). It was strongly recommended by the CAMTC to suspend all hands on work until further notice. Unfortunately, to comply with those guidelines I am canceling all scheduled sessions and will be closed until further guidance from the CAMTC or local government.
I have already contacted many of you by phone that had scheduled appointments for the next few weeks. I wanted to send this message out to all clients regarding this situation. I am sorry. I know that I will miss each of you and pray that you all stay healthy and well. I hope that these precautions will help in the long run to reduce spread and allow us all to get back to our lives in a timely fashion.
Again, stay healthy and well,
Daniel

Practices always in place at Central Coast Massage & Bodywork and ways to protect yourself:
- Wash your hands with soap and water to minimize your infection risk. Wet your hands with warm water, then apply a mild soap. Work the soap into a lather for 20-30 seconds, then rinse your hands clean under warm running water.
- Keep your hands away from your eyes, nose, and mouth.
